Buongiorno Ragazze, o forse dovrei dire buonanotte considerando che sono le 00.30 ?

Oggi voglio parlarvi della meravigliosa esperienza fatta Martedì 11 Giugno, presso la Città del Gusto.

Sono stata invitata da Microsoft e Gambero Rosso per una cena assolutamente particolare capitanata dal mitico Chef Giorgione e accompagnata dalla mia partner della serata Martina, senza dimenticare i nostri ragazzi che ci davano consigli sul come non combinare casini ai fornelli!

Abbiamo cucinato capunti con guanciale e fave, a modo nostro però, e una deliziosa anatra all' arancia, grazie anche all' aiuto del tablet surface, che è a tutti gli effetti un vero computer, solo che è più comodo! 

Tengo a precisare che la pasta era fatta in casa, o forse è meglio dire a 4 mani? Non so!

Today I'm going to talk to you about the awesome experience at "città del Gusto", house of Gambero Rosso, in collaboration with Microsoft.
The occasion was kind of a special dinner, the point was that we were the chefs, with the head chef "Giorgione" a famous Italian Chef!

During the preparation I had so much fun with my Kitchen's partner, Martina.

We cooked "Capunti with Bacon & Broad Bean", in the our way,  and an awesome
"Duck à L'Orange".

I'm pretty proud that the pasta was freshly homemade!

Let’s Party!

In London, you know, there are parties every day. Oh well… every night. Theme parties are my favorite because I have a lot of fun picking original and unusual outfits. An then, for one night I can reinvent myself and why not, reinterpret a character.

On a theme party the choice of your outfits must be sophisticated and so must be your make up and your hairstyley…  Every single item must help you to respect the party theme.
The party I’m talking about, the one I created this look for was a 50’s party. 50’s theme parties are really happening this year, and for such occasion I got the inspiration once again from my favorite movie: Grease.

I preferred not to take Sandy, the protagonist as a model, because I wanted my choice to be more original. So I decided to play a character that is as elegant as Sandy, but yet more sensual and seductive:
I’m talking about Rizzo, the girl with a wild personality and a friendly and irreverent face. Do you remember her?

As for my outfits I decided to rely on the Belt Pantacapri by Sisi as main item. It’s black and it has a very interesting detail: a high waist grey band.

This garment is absolutely up to date and made my look glamorous. Then I wore a vintage bralet and open toe shoes with a fantasy pattern.

Fashion tips for a theme party:

Pay extra attention to your make up and hairstyle. I tied my hair in a ponytail and put a vivid red lipstick on to help me get even more into my character.

What are your favorite theme parties?

A Londra, si sa, i party sono sempre all’ordine del giorno, o per meglio dire…della notte. Quelli che mi divertono di più sono “a tema” perché posso sbizzarrirmi nella scelta di outfit originali ed insoliti e posso per una sera reinventarmi e interpretare, perché no, un personaggio.

Per le feste a tema il look deve essere quanto mai studiato nell’abbigliamento, nel make up e nell’acconciatura… ogni elemento deve aiutarti ad essere più in linea possibile con il tema della festa.
Il party in questione, per cui ho sfoggiato questo look, era in stile anni ‘50, decisamente in voga quest'anno,  e per l’ occasione ho deciso di ispirarmi ancora una volta al mio film preferito:  Grease.

Ho preferito non prendere spunto da Sandy, la protagonista, ma ho fatto una scelta più originale interpretando un personaggio pur sempre elegante ma decisamente più sensuale e seduttivo:
sto parlando di Rizzo, ricordate la ragazza dalla personalità scatenata e dal visino simpatico ed irriverente?

Per il mio outfit ho deciso di puntare come main item sul Belt Pantacapri di Sisi, nel colore nero con un dettaglio molto interessante: una fascia di colore grigia a vita alta. Questo capo ha reso il mio look glamour e assolutamente all’ultima moda.
Ho poi indossato un bralet vintage e scarpe open toe in fantasia.

Fashion tips per un party a tema:

Prestate molta attenzione anche al trucco e all’hairstyle. Nel mio caso ho raccolto i capelli in una coda sbarazzina e scelto un rossetto rosso fuoco per entrare ancora di più nella parte.

Quali sono le feste a tema che preferite?

Gold & Silver || my outfit for the Opening of Trollbeads

Se c'è una cosa che mi piace fare, quella è proprio rompere le regole della moda.

Proprio per questo all' evento organizzato da Trollbeads per l' apertura del flagship store in Via Margutta, a Roma, ho deciso di indossare questo outfit, mixando argento, oro ed aggiungendo anche un tocco di marrone castagna.

L' evento si è svolto in una delle vie più artistiche di Roma, via Margutta, celebre per le piccole mostre di arte e negozi di artigianato.

Il flagship store ha dato un impatto molto familiare a questo brand Danese, facendo sentire tutti i propri ospiti come a casa propria, il tutto aggiungendo il dettaglio di un incantevole aperitivo in un giardino appena di fronte.
Per l' evento sono stata omaggiata di un bracciale personalizzato appositamente per The Fashion Coffee, un bracciale con un ciondolo a forma di tazzina di caffè!

If there is a thing that I really like to do , it might be breaking the fashion's rules.
That's the reason why at the Trollbeads' Opening I decided to wear this outfit , mixing colors like silver, gold and a bit of brown.
The Event was held in the most artistic street of Rome, Via Margutta, which is full of artisan and little art exhibitions.
The flagship store is quite homely, taking care about the right parfum inside the store.
It really made me feel at home.
I received, from the brand, an amazing customized bracelet for "the Fashion Coffee" , with a special cup of coffee as pendant.

Isn't it amazing?
